Friday looked over the gathered supplies on the table. There seemed to be various mannequins of different shapes and sizes, some cloth to make various clothing combinations, assorted props or things to construct props out of paper, and a handful of other building materials. you know, essential bits like glue and tape and glitter and scissors and pretty well everything you'd expect to be in a kindergarten classroom. Friday adjusted a bottle of glitter, nodding with satisfaction as she got it into just the right position.
"Okay, so," she said, pointing at the stuff. "We'll work on making a diorama that reproduces an international moment in history, as per the assignment. I'm thinking that since it's around Christmas time we should do something like that. Like, maybe something involving Santa or that Jesus guy that people get so excited about this time of year. Or maybe we should, like, do Pearl Harbor? is that international? It's not very Christmas. Oh, how about that one Christmas Story! The one with the war where they stopped and sang and stuff," Friday's head bobbed. "Yeah, that's totally what I should try and get her to do when she gets---"
Friday turned, beholding a girl standing in the doorway of the room, likely there long enough to hear at least some of her little spiel there. Friday pointed at her, "Here." she finished, before pulling her lips together for a moment and rocking on her heels. "Hi, you wouldn't happen to be..." Friday shifted to look at the paper with her partner's name on it, "Adena St. Claire ," she finished, before looking back at the girl, "would you?"
