Pen slipped into the study room, where he paused a moment, his eyes narrowed just a touch; He allowed the unseen psychic tendrils to ebb from him, spreading out across the space, sweeping over and reacting to the energy of those present. It had become a habit... While he could map out the entire floor if he cared to, doing so would unnecessarily exhaust him. it simply made sense to utilise his power like this... Especially since he couldn't turn it off. He allowed it to wander, grazing different shapes, feeding information back to his brain... He could see the room now, where the tables were, the chairs... And the people. Some kid. Another kid... Ah. He grinned, the warmth of familiarity, the all too recognisable shape of perhaps one of the closest people in his life, was sat not all too far from him. Her energy was distinct, unique... He'd recognise it in a crowd of a thousand. "And hooow is my wee baby sis?" He declared, effortlessly making his way over to the table with a slight spring in his step, his tendrils having already mapped the room so he traversed it with relative ease.
Being of... Pretty much the exact same age, Pen and his dear sister Eri often found themselves spending significant time together in the educational environment. Meaning, they often had classes together. Now Pen wasn't the most education focused student, and given his next class was... Well, he'd rather avoid it. And avoiding classes was so much more fun with a partner in crime.
He slowly slid into an empty chair, and lightly poked his younger sibling on the shoulder. "Eri boo, come on, nose outta that book." He smirked a little then, knowing using that childish nickname would likely earn him a punch to the shoulder or something similar but seeing her reaction would be worth it... Although teasing your sister was properly not the best way to get her to agree to play hooky with you.
