(I'm pretty stuck on this pb, but I'm open to suggestions)
Other Important Info:Basically this guy is Rain’s best friend. They have been friends since they are little, I’m thinking they were neighbors. I’m also thinking they have been each other’s shadows. Personality is basically up to you, though I would like to see him maybe being a bad boy, like kind being a punk, how he now treats Rain will be up to you if you go with this personality. I would like to see the dynamic of these two if he is a punk. However, this idea does not need to happen, it’s just an idea! History is completely up to you, I had not mentioned him in Rain’s app just because I wanted to leave this open to interpretation. I would like there to be maybe some sort of romance in their relationship, I do think Rain will have a crush on him, but this is also pretty open.

Other Important Info: This is Kam’s sister, and Kam hates her. This can be because the sister is a total bitch, or because she is a goody two shoes. Either way, their parents love her, while Kam was shunned by their father. This character is completely open to interpretation. However, She was not abused by the father like Kamillia was, the father actually has completely loved the sister, the sister is the favorite in the family. History is basically open as well, though there are things which needs to follow Kamillia’s, however, a lot of it is open. They are German, born and raised there, as well as Kamillia had left nasty scars on her sister when she manifested her powers this is all in her app.

Other Important Info: So this character is very, very open. The only thing that is not open is the PB, the sex of the character, a bit of the age, and some of the character’s history. Basically the character’s parents have to own a highly popular company/business, or this plot really won’t work. Though I do have a few ideas for character traits/occupation
As for the plot, Kamillia’s father is going to arrange a marriage with Kam and this guy. The reason I believe it is going to be Kam is because her father is going to try to use this marriage as a way to control his oldest daughter because well she wants nothing to do with the family. This is subject to change, so bear with me if you decide to take up the character. Either way, basically I’m think the reason for the arranged marriage is because Kam’s father wants to merge his company with this guy’s parents company therefore to make his own company bigger, and to seal the deal and to show a sign of faith that this deal is a partnership and not a dictatorship is to give his oldest daughter for marriage to their son (oldest, youngest or middle son does not matter.), or maybe giving both his daughters I don’t know the whole details yet. This is basically what I got now. Again this is subject to change, especially if you have suggestions, I will gladly hear them. Whether this turns into an actual relationship between Kam and this guy can be talked out, and further experimented with, it is not set in stone at this moment.

Other Important Info:Because these guys were adopted everything is pretty much up to you! History and personality are both open for both the siblings, except for the fact that Isaac’s parents did adopt them, when they adopted them is completely open. I am thinking they were adopted when Isaac was between the ages of 10 to fifteen. I do think as a plot line they could look up to Isaac as a role model of sorts but that’s totally up to you.
Of course one person can pick up both the twins, or two people can pick up an individual twin and then maybe work together to flesh out them, or one person makes the first twin, then the second person can make the second twin according to the first twin (If this happens then I will update this ad accordingly).
