Isaac walked out of his dorm room, arms in the air in a long stretch. He had just gotten done his homework, and wanted to go out for a walk. Or more like go find someone. He had been planning on trying to find Tallulah for a few days now, however, he always chickened out at the last minute. He wasn’t sure how she was going to handle seeing him again, and he did not want to reunite just for them to drift apart again. He wasn’t sure if they still had anything in common anymore, they hadn’t really hung out since they were preteens.
In a nice pair of jeans and a Miami dolphins tank top with the number 23 on the front and the dolphin’s logo on the back, he walked his way toward Tallulah’s dorm. He wasn’t sure what the policy was about guys being in the girl's dorms, however, there wasn’t a care as he strolled past the doors leading to the individual rooms. Isaac just wanted to see a childhood friend, his best friend, as his heart started pounding in his chest because he was so nervous. Isaac was able to find out which dorm room she was in by asking the front desk, while he wasn’t sure it was allowed for the receptionist to give out dorm numbers of the students it had been given to him none of the less.
Standing in front of dorm number 204, the boy took a deep breath and knocked on the door. Knocking loud enough for someone to hear him inside the rooms, but gentle enough not to be obnoxious about the noise. Isaac rubbed the back of his head, hoping he wasn’t being too much of a prude by waiting this long to come find her. The boy had only just arrived at Bellefonte in the middle of December, he didn’t know if she had gone back home to visit her mother or not. He didn’t want to look like a fool coming to this dorm room every day looking like a stalker. So, he figured it was better to wait until after the Holidays to find her.
