New student and not comfortable with having wings just yet, but she's getting better. Of course being afraid of heights doesn't help any.
She needs friends, really anyone to just chat and hang out with. She feels she pretty much has no life back home so any friends would be appreciated it as she currently feels like she doesn't have any.
As for a relationship, that would be great as well. But that's another fear in her life outside of her powers. She really doesn't have that much experience dating anyone and isn't exactly sure what her type is just yet.
The idea of enemies for Peyton is a foreign one. If anything she's her own enemy, not comfortable in her own skin, even hating what she's become a little. Growing wings really messed her up and it's going to take a lot for her to adjust.

I read that she's fourteen so I'm offering Jimmy, who is fifteen. As a friend, because thinking of him as a boyfriend would be a bad idea. He is mentally challenged (a bit like autism but caused by his power) and so has the brain of a seven year old. Still, he would love to be her friend (like that's hard with him, just looking at him makes you an acquaintance) and he would love her wings. Unless she hits him with them. Then he'd be scared. But he'd find them awesome too.
Tallulah is older (17) but she knows what it's like to be different and not being comfortabe about it. She has a prosthetic leg. And she has a motherly streak. So if she ever feels down, she can be there for her. She's not the wild or popular type however.
If you want popular, there's Michael. Although she is a bit young for him (19), circumstances can lead to him bringing her to the more privileged circles. If so, note that she's likely to turn into a mean popular girl.
Feel free to take, leave, change or add any idea you have.
having someone to just chat would be amazing! So Jimmy would be fine! His love of her wings would be great for her own mental well being and honestly she wouldn't purposely hit him with them if she thought it would bother him. She's still kinda self conscious about them.
Tallulah would be good as well, having someone able to understand what it's like to be different and how to move past it would be awesome. Not Wild or popular would be OK with her. And as much as she would hate to admit it, the motherly streak would be nice.
