i feel too much too often
It had been a long day for the young girl. She hadn't slept the night before and to top if off, today she had actually skipped her classes, nothing was wrong with her aside of an all night gaming session, she was simply tired. That and she had gotten a little heads up that her math class would be doing partner work, and that was a no no for her. She had only ever done the partner work once, she usually left early or skipped the class if she knew, or waited until no one chose to work with her and asked if she could do it alone.
So where else could she go but a place she knew wasn't in use right now? The gym, now a small weak thing like her had no place in a gym aside of mandatory classes, but hey, maybe she could try to look a little more out of place. She already clearly looked like she hadn't been in an actual class, her adventure time sweatpants and dingy stained sex pistols top betrayed that enough.
So there the out of place girl sat as she did in her classes most days, hair pulled up in a messy, clearly disheveled ponytail and her hoodie half down her arms, big enough to use as a blanket. She held a tennis ball in her hand and she absently bounced it against the wall, each bounce making a sharp clack against the empty room. She had her phone next to her, idly playing music as she tossed the ball, a simply game of catch and release. She idly sang as she leaned against the wall, maybe it was her own little way of not letting everything be quiet, not being so alone?
"I feel the fire in my veins ,The magic force it calls to me, Though what a thrill is is the gift I'm given causes my dismay and despite what you say I am no hero stay away Circumstantial matters Urge at my attentions every day.." She closed her eyes and hummed to the rest of the song, for some reason it was a song she related to pretty heavily. It was enough to distract her attention from anyone who may have even entered the room.
