It's not that Savannah's anti-social, she just cares more for causes than for people. If you're cold and homeless that's horrible, sure, but you're one in a million and the solution is not to give you a blanket but to fix homelessness as a whole. Or at least fix the heating out in the street. At the ripe old age of 16 she's figured the world out and has the solutions to its problems in her head. Maybe they're not developed all the way, but come on, it's not that hard!
Since the system is clearly broken and abused, she'll probably try to fix that once she's in a position to. In the meantime, it's obviously her adolescent duty to rebel. This might not take the shape of sticking a safety pin through her nose but the element is there, in a healthy opposition to and disregard for rules. Most of that just happens in cyberspace where her powers give her an edge.
Morse exists to represent strong opinions on just about anything. She and I have no objections about being drawn into conflict, but if one were to agree with her or able to steer her towards agreement (come on, she's 16!) they'd also have a staunch supporter. Her still being a human being with all her foibles she's also thoroughly capable of considering another person a project to tackle, a broken thing to fix, a downtrodden victim to defend; a cause. Apologies in advance if that happens.
At this point in time she's neither a romantic nor a sexual creature. Hormones aside it never really came up in her life. Given the fact that she can come off as androgynous or even boyish at times, it stands to reason that there's matters of identity that she might need to address before even considering such matters.
