There are silk glands on each of his wrists that produces, shoots and spins web. These elastic webs have a maximum strength of 30000 Newton (about 5 times stronger than steel) just like what spiders have. Phillip can use these webs to swing, suspend, lower himself from higher ground, and basically what a spider can do - even make spider webs if he wanted.
On the surface of his palms and the soles of his feet, sticky silk is present. Its sticky properties assits Phillip to crawl or climb on any surface. While he is wall crawling, he does not experience disorientation.
Spiders are very fast and agile creatures. Hence why Phillip's speed, reflexes and agility are enhanced, above than the average human. But nothing too major. He has a shorter reaction time.
LIMITATIONS:
Despite the strength of the web, Phillip is not necessarily able to carry or lift something big and heavy like a truck. It depends on his own strength, not the web.
Extremely wet and slippery surfaces nullifies his wall crawling ability. Phillip also cannot crawl on crumbling surfaces that do not support his weight. On top of that, both his hands and feet must be bare or at most wearing a thin layer of clothing to enable him to crawl on walls. The silk he has does not penetrate thick materials - for example, his feet cannot stick to the wall if he is wearing shoes.
Phillip does not own any fangs that inject venom. Besides that, he cannot transform into a spider.
He does not own a "Spider-sense". If he sense danger, it is not a result of his power, but just something he feels like an average human would.
SIDE-EFFECTS:
Exhaustion is a common thing. Using his power continuously for over an hour physically drains the boy. It could lead to him even fainting.
He burns a lot of calories especially when he webslings. So Phillip tends to eat frquently to gain back his energy.

Prank Status: Successful
Four year old Phillip could not stop giggling as he and his brother pushed their way into the kitchen. His brother had apparently brought home a large non venomous pet snake. Phillip who saw him enter with it was of course recruited in on the prank in exchange for his silence.
The family had recently moved to the States from their hometown in England. It was the first dinner everyone was together. So they were going to basically "let the snake free in the kitchen and freak mom out" as his brother put it.
Needless to say, as they were all in the kitchen that night waiting for dinner to be served, their mother encountered the snake when she took the chicken out of the oven. It was not only their mom but the other cooks in the kitchen freaked out too. The best part, Phillip had it all on camera. Him and his brother had a blast laughing their butts off as they watched the video later together.
Instead of 'that annoying little brother', Phillip from that day onward became 'the cool annoying little brother'.

Prank Status: Failed
At the Prince household, a Christmas and New Year party was held. It was one of the rare times the media mogul, Andrew Prince, opened his house for a social event. It was also one of the rare times the nine year old knew he could pull a prank on all these business and big shot guys.
When his father realized his son had turned into a prankster, he stopped bringing him to the office. But now was the perfect opportunity. Phillip put more effort into this one because this was not just another prank. He was very dedicated to his work.
Unfortunately, his mother found him before he could initiate the first phase of the plan. They had a long talk about it after she made him tell her everything he had planted around the house. His mother watched him like a hawk for the rest of the night.
The boy cracked a smile, clearly pleased that mom knew him well enough to know he would try to pull something that might have just tainted the family name.

Prank Status: Nearly Escaped
"This is lame," was the first thing thirteen year old Phillip said to his friend when they met up at the school's parking lot. TP-ing the building was not exactly what he thought to be something worth sneaking out of the house for. But being the one rarely to say no to a prank, the Brit followed his friend's lead.
While Phillip carried his role to cover the front of the school with toilet paper, his friend was busy doing graffiti on the other side. In the midst of their fun, a light was suddenly shone in his direction. Whoopeedoo, it was security.
Panicking, he dropped everything and tried to make a run for it. Except, he could not drop everything. The toilet paper were stuck on his palm. With no time to understand why, Phillip ran and at the same time tried to remove whatever was on his hand. It was so sticky.
He thank his time on the track team because at one point he managed to out run the security guard. Hiding out at the back of the school, Phillip tried to make sense of the situation and his hands. He wiped his hands on the wall, but the stuff was still there. Reminded of a scene in Spiderman, he tried to scale up the wall. To his surprise, he managed it, though he did not get very far before he fell to the ground.
In the end, the security guard found him. Turns out, it was actually a recruiter from Bellefonte Academy.

Prank Status: Ended in detention
Phillip was more than thrilled to know that he was mutant. The biggest perk was that it helped with his pranking. That morning, Phillip had set up what he wanted. He was not targetting anyone specific that day. It was mostly for the joy of seeing someone falling victim to his trap.
The first person that walked out the door, Phillip shot a web towards his feet, causing him to lose his balance. To simplify what happened, his prank worked and he got a good laugh at it. But it turned out the man was a teacher of his whose naughty list already had Phillip's name on it. Yikes.
The fourteen year old landed himself into detention. It was definitely not the first nor was it the last. Yet, Phillip never regretted it.

Prank Status: FANTASTIC
In the short three years he had been at the academy, Phillip adjusted well to the school. His parents had money and people befriended him. It was also one of the reasons why one girl in particular dated him. Now, Phillip was not the kind to get in too deep. He liked it light and fun, and he expected that some people are only in his life because of his family's wealth.
The girl was no special than the others except for the fact that he was with her the longest at the time. Besides that, she kept calling him 'Phil' and he did not find it cute or whatever. So the sixteen year old wanted to mess with her a bit. She was very narrow minded so he knew exactly what he wanted to do.
Phillip invited her to a party and told her to meet him in a room upstairs. There, she found him making out with another boy on the bed. He found it all quite amusing as she went off about her narrow minded view on the gays.
He would gladly do it all over again.♦ THE PLAYER ♦
